This Sakamata Chloe, she is not a vtuber. Of course she has the trappings of a vtuber; she has the model, and the stream, et cetera, et cetera, and so forth. But her actuality is numbers; she selects whichever features and mannerisms of vtubers are successful and exhibits them, and because she is not a vtuber she can express them even if they are contradictory! She wears a mask; when she takes off the mask, she is still wearing a mask. And so it is with her nature. You see?
