twitch has a different standard for counting a viewer. Youtube needs you to actively select the tab, twitch only needs the video to be playing. That's why "embedding" is a thing on twitch. People will secretly embed their stream on a random webpage, and all those webpage views will count towards their viewer number.
Anyway the conversion could be anywhere from 2/3 to 1/2.
Regardless his youtube is about 400, his twitch is about 600. Once you discount the twitch, he might have 800
