I feel that one may have been rushed. He's usually pretty good but sometimes the proportions get a little off or the faces are weird.
He did a commission art for Noel recently that looked really good so he probably took his time on it since he was getting paid. Not this picture, of course.

The subject says it all, what is Noel good for in her group? Everything she does, Marine can do better, not to mention Flare has her own niche that doesn’t need Noel, and Pekora is the face of the group. So again, what’s Noel good for? It seems uneconomical to have her in the group
