Every single streamer ever has some kind of ISP arc. Every single one. From the small streamers I've been watching on twitch, many which had to either move or fork up the cash to get fiber installed specifically on their house or just move to where fiber is available, to vtubers from Hololive or anywhere else and anyone I may stumble upon randomly in any other place. This has always been the case for years and years. And it's fucking alarming that ISP's show absolutely zero signs of improving anything or that they even give a shit. They don't even pretend to care because you literally have no options available. US and Canada are the same, some would say Canada is arguably slightly worse off.

No matter who you watch, the ISP issues WILL show up no matter what.
