I would like to offer an alternative frame anon. Mori worked her ass off before hololive and with the Coco and Rushia termination she's understandably branching out, and not trusting Holocorp because she knows she could be the next to go in any moment. So, shes using her platform to secure herself in worst case scenario while playing to the Idol culture that, as you said, she despised so much before her recruitment.
Nobody is forcing her to remain, but it is the sensible thing to do as an artist that struggled for years.

She has a different vibe to her audience, but even then I would argue that shes trying her best considering the opportunities and friends she has made.
