Vshojo gets away with it cause Gunrun takes no profit from stream activity, therefore vshojo members are lowkey indies, unlike Yagoo who takes half of monetization and ad revenue, that's why they need permissions, cause Cover profiting directly from games holos play on stream.
Also blank streaming permissions are a thing, and unlike retarded Japanese copyright policy, western devs know that streamers are literally free advertisement.
