>Concepted as a pair of hands reaching out of the darkness. Hands are something many artists struggle with drawing, including herself.
>Comes up with a simplified form that's an oval with a few basic features, the same process used to design baby Digimon.
>The creature's background is that it's made of darkness magic, suggesting that dark magic looks like blueberries or purple radishes.
>Aside from the initial concept of the hands, all other elements (hydrangeas, dark magic, blush) are borrowed from her own model design.
I want to like them, I really do, but they lack identity. Even if the idea were to take one element of Nade's own design and develop it into a recognizable standalone being, it's not quite there. They don't look like dark magic, they have a flower on their heads but aren't wholly a flower, the hands aren't quite emphasized enough to define them that way either, all three come together visually but not conceptually. I look at it and my first impression is a JRPG slime monster with hands. They don't even make me wonder what these cute little things all over her channel are, I would have just assumed they were her slime familiars, as she's a witch.
