I hope you can change your expectations of her so you don't get annoyed at her. She doesn't really have a staple game that she can just fit in whenever an issue like this happens, unless she's in the mood to play DbD. It probably takes her a lot of time to come up with a full week schedule so I don't expect her to be able to decide on a different game to stream 3 hours before it's supposed to happen. In this case though she simply moved the stream so there's even fewer reasons to be annoyed.
