I auditioned to an agency a few months ago. Never expected to actually hear back but I got in. Obviously cannot say too much about who.

I didn't have to actually record something new for the audition itself.
But here is what I submitted:
>A (commercial) voice demo reel. (Didn't have an animation one)
>A previous streaming record, I didn't stream with a set schedule. Just whenever I wanted and did not have a lot of viewers or followers at all.
>a little bit of esports commentary experience
>Content I made over the years, I like to draw so I submitted artworks and other edited video content (dubs and a game review)
>theatre and voice acting classes experience

After that I was contacted and interviewed about what I submitted. Hope this helps somewhat.
