What i believe is that gura's manager is not really EnMa but someone else entirely, why do i come to this conclusion? well when you compare Ina relationship with her manager it's obvious they have a certain degree of trust on each other like we have seen in the way ina refers to her and how quick said manager has been to act on ina's slip ups, comes to mind specially that ocassion in which the music she was listening to was heard on stream and asked EnMa to take care of it in a way that you would talk to a friend or a very close coworker.
But the girls have said they share manager i hear you say, yeah and they had also provided contradictory information about it like is the case with kiara saying she and mori shared JenMa, which mori later confirmed to be partially incorrect since she also has her own manager.
Then there the discord leak evidence which show that beside A-chan and shinove there other 5 people in their discord server including loserbait who is known to be in direct contact with amelia aligning with the hypothesis that each girl actually has at least 1 person managing them directly with the 2 big ones form JP serving as liaisons with upper management, there is also the fact the ones with known managers are in a good enough relations to mention them directly and either ask or make designs for them.
then we have amelia, who in case of being managed by loserbait would not refer to him directly for obvious reasons.
Finally we have gura and her extraordinary circunstances whose only mentions of her manager have been about her being worried she would get "bonked" or yelled at, the suspicious handling of her perceived RFA yab by privating it then not editing it while any other manager would have done so just to be on the safe side, how slow the edition of her vods was in other similar cases like the protein game, how some of her sponsored streams have seem to have been mishandled, the lack of support in situations that the other girls seems to have gotten it. If she was actually managed by the same EnMa as Ina such an abysmal difference in treatment would look extremely unprofessional, discouraging and even ill intentioned at times.
So this were my meds ran off.
I suspect that gura's manager may be chinese or was involved with the chinese branch prior to working with EN, and given how gura dedicated that song to coco amidst the taiwan tensions whoever this is, is doing a shit job out of spite or straight out trying to sabotage while being coy about it, then when you add the coco and hachama situation it becomes even more apparent and given cover record of incompetence they don't realize how damaging this could be and won't do anything until it blows up in their faces.
