I feel like one my PekoMiko theories has been proven.
1)after being repeatedly being pushed into the Yuri business Mikochi knowing Peko was straight didn't want to do it anymore causing the rift.
2) because of the Yuri business Mikochi thinking Peko had feelings confessed and was rejected. Causing Peko to ghost Miko and Miko to feel uncomfortable talking to Peko.
3)on Christmas they got drunk and hooked up and things got weird after( someone thinking that it meant more than just being drunk and horny)
4) they got drunk and hooked up and things were ok until Senchou outed them causing Peko to panic and ghost Miko.
5) they actually were dating and broke up early last year causing the weirdness. ( The one I believe the most Also gif related) and Peko gets jealous every time she sees MiComet together.

I don't think I could ever see Peko in a romantic ship honestly Miko was the closest thing to it because they were so close. They were best friends for a long time as close as family and even today watching a Miko clip her mention her brother and sister made me realize that even moreso.
