It means they are doing good so far, growth segment is for new start up IPO but now they are moving to prime market which mean global institutional investors can purchase their stock. I'm pretty sure they had a talk with some investors beforehand so it's likely 50/50: either pump and dump or you can make good money in long run if you are in at this phase.
