You don't have to use underscores, I never use it but I also feel not using underscores if the weight is high enough you'll see those tags bleed into the image. Also best practice to use danbo tags as they are, example is lips parted is not a tag so you'll get big lips, while parted lips will do parted lips. Consult the danbo tag db if you need specific clothes, poses and all that.
