Personally I think they could do that, I just don't feel that you could interact with Ludwig in a way that would not make his audience think of chuubas as anything other than quirky, if not coomerbait. I don't know who OTV is (OfflineTV?) so, nothing to say about that.
But for expanding the viewership, I think the only real way is to play the algorithm game. Stream more, use more Twitter, post on more platforms, ensure more people talk about you, and make everything in every place point back to you.
Would I want that though? Not really, I am very happy for how successful they are already and fine with the amount of streams I am getting.
