That's really easy for anyone with experience with audio editing. You just cancel out the noise from the BGM by inverting the tracks, then up the levels on which channel you're hearing something else.

The reason why the mic picked up on the sound is because Mori's old apartment is most likely really fuckin small. I don't doubt that her PC setup was besides the toilet room.
Her one mistake is to not mute at all, not knowing that deranged psychos like that one anon was tuning in.
