this is how it currently feels to me
all in the high likelyhood tier simply have some mix of natural charisma, talent, hard work, consistency or smart decision making in such a degree that if someone will make it, its them
the ones in the good chance tier also got a good mix of the above but also got stuff holding them back, be it weird timeslots, confidence issues, very out there content etc
in the not engaging tier are those that got skill in some way but lack the engagement to really connect with their audience, be it Endra's void, melody overfocusing on music or even Baku who seems way too focused on collabs and letting his collab partner carry then do the kino that got him as a fan favorite to begin with
PC issue is the tier for people that already said they won't have a pc for a while (Kiko technicly belongs here too but she got a worse issue) and being stuck on Anilive is simply a death sentence when others finally break out to other platforms and the restreamer arc is going to die down
Consistency Issue to me however is even worse because this was the first month to make their first impressions and leave an impact and these 4 have barely streamed enough at all compared to the top and that has always been a death sentence to all chuubas even the big ones in holo like Sana, Mel and Aki for example
and Noah is in its own tier because even if we ignore the really stupid stuff he is not engaging at all and inconsistent as fuck
