Because there's already a lot of HoloJP members with several ranging from good to decent, compared to HoloEN where its only 10 people and like half of them suck for one reason or another, on top of half being fairly inconsistent in streaming. Advent might not be quite as explosive as Myth was back the old days but they've been showing themselves to be stable and consistent streamers, at minimum 2 will have a stream on a day but majority will have all or almost all of them be doing something.
Like even if all of Regloss turn out to be good streamers, its just another pile to add to a very crowded and competitive atmosphere for HoloJP. Its doubtful as well that there'll be someone that'll have a unique niche and character that other HoloJPs don't occupy. The only one I can see perhaps really standing out is Ao since Okayu and Flare ditched their cool ikemen image, her only real competition is Towa but she also tends to look like a dork.

And this is just what we've been made aware of, we aren't entitled to knowing about their medical procedures, and a decent few Holos have been taking pretty hefty breaks as of late.
They don't know jackshit about what's going on but will call you a schizo for pointing out that there's been a verifiable common theme lately among Holos.
I mean, it could be something else, of course, but the chance is still there.
