Ironmouse and Melody are the only ones in that group I have any interest in. Even then it's usually watching clips because I mostly watch hololive. There's just so many vtubers and only so much time in the day.
A collab with either of them would be fun. Mori and Mousey singing something is the most obvious outcome. I know Melody is the least likely to happen, if it did then I think she and Watson would have fun together.

That I agree on. Crossover art and stuff is cool, little twitter/chat interactions are nice, but any collab needs to good chemistry to work. A few short messages is not good chemistry. Having two different companies who clearly do not want to work together is not good chemistry.

They will fix it but it will take time. Don't want to phrase this the wrong way, but Gura's too big to just ignore it. Other hololive members have had rigging or design issues and it took a bit, but they were addressed and things worked out.
