Well when you think about it. Gura has most likely gotten mermaid art considering the ocean theme and the shark fin right. Well since lamias are basically terrestrial mermaids it makes sense she would look good as one since most of the differences between lamias and mermaids is that the tail ends with a fin instead of well a snake tail.
