Miko just talked about it on stream, have to wait until it's over to listen to it again
TL should confirm this since my nip reps aren't that good, but basically Miko didn't DM her because she had already sent a message cheering on Suisei via Shiraken chat (which Suisei read but didn't comment on, so it was like Miko was ignored), Miko didn't want to seem pushy / persistent? so she didn't DM again.
Then pic related happens after Suisei complains.
It's a bit odd, like Miko is too self-aware of her relationship with Suisei and how the latter perceives her, but it fits in the awkward crush category
