Not trying to dissuade her, but if she does that she's never finishing it unless she is really hard on herself with deadlines. It's an entire other level compared to making art. If you do the work yourself scopecreep happens very easy, and you can sit for days working on something that the player will see for maybe a second. Her personality with her perfectionism is horrible for that.

Either she has to be purely in a management position and commission everything so it's harder to change and add more, or she has to treat it like a game jam and put a hard cap on the release date even if she has to cut content.
