You don't get it. Both of these things are social issues, people-centered. Meanwhile, classic 4chan was hobby-centered. People and society didn't matter. Actual /a/nons (and assorted boards), hated the failed normalfags, normalfags who infiltrate hobbies and turn the focus into "people" rather than the hobby itself. They only use that hobby as a cope, just like the ones here use vtubers as a cope girlfriends (ruining everything in the process as usual) and then they abandon it as soon as they get a 3D girlfriend.

Even back when /vt/ was made, most people were already post-holoEN newfags. Imagine how bad it is now.
I'm not saying hololive is bad, but rather jesas this is the most newfag and tourist board in the whole site, to the point they are proud of being newfags... it sucks but at some point you have to accept that.
I guess we failed at assimilating them and telling them to lurk moar, so the only options are either accept the absolute state, or teach them about the old days from time to time.
