Vtubing would not exist without America.
The vast majority of Kizuna Ai fans were American even after she hit 1 million and 2 million subscribers (I don't know the numbers for 3 million). There would be no Hololive or Nijisanji without American fans.
If you really want to complain about degenerates, then keep in mind that before Hololive became popular with Americans, Nijisanji was the most popular. Also, compare the rampant shipping culture that exist in Japan compared to the west.
Also without American protection and intervention, most European countries would exist and neither would Japan.

I would just to remind you that Vtubing is an American hobby adopted by Japanese people. Kizuna Ai was popular in America before she was popular in Japan.
Go to any of her old videos and check the comments. At 2million subscribers she still had overseas fans a 70% of her audience.
