It's very likely that Ria is the indie vtuber Fuzuki Miki, and she uses that account mostly for JOP content with some English mixed in, while Ria is for EOPs exclusively. Their collab partners out of Tsunderia are the same Artemis/Kani circle, and if you watch Miki's collabs (which tend to be her only English content) you'll notice easily that it's the same voice.
I don't know anything about the others having alts that they're active on. I don't think Meru does because she's alluded to peaking in the double digits before debuting, and Yuuna and Urara both brought over their existing characters with new models.
there is a rrat that gets tossed around in the Tsunderia generals that Char is married because of the ring she wears in gunpla streams, but that seems to be as far as evidence for that one goes
