/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

Thanks to your encouragement I started with my Nihongo learning journey!
Day 166: Today I've done my anki and immersion reps. For anki I've learned 10 new cards. For immersion I've watched five episodes of Kanon with FUWAMOCO.
Well, Mai's and Shiori's route seems to be done now. Idk, it's not hitting me nearly as much as I anticipated when they were describing it. Maybe I'm getting overconfident, you know what they say: "Remind yourself that overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer." Maybe it's cause I'm not that much into it, some of the stuff feels kinda strange. Fuwawa mentioned it and I agree with her, looks like when they finish particular route girl from it just kinda get forgotten. Oke, I understand that for Makoto, she's dead, but the other 2 girls are still technically there. I guess it's hard to manage it and make all the routes into one anime, I don't say I have a better solution, it just feels odd. The last episode I've watched is episode 19 and I have one big question: Where on Earth has that kiss come from? I'm talking about Yuuichi and Ayu. Yeah, I admit, she's not my favorite girl, but nevertheless it just felt out of the blue. Yeah, I knew that if Yuuichi ends up with some girl it would be either Nayuki or Ayu, everything was pointing to that, but I did not expect it in that particular moment at all...
OH YEAH, I almost forgot: I was sweating when Akiko caught a cold. Especially cause Ayu was really worried, I was like: there's no way she'll die, right, RIGHT!? Thankfully she seems good now, it was just to show how Ayu misses motherly figure in her life. Akiko is still number one for me and I don't see how it would change in the last 5 episodes, she just has too much of a lead. Out of the 5 main girls, I don't even know anymore... it was Mai, but she is more menhera than I thought. By process of elimination it maybe ends up being Nayuki, plus she sometimes reminds me of Akiko, but we'll see what happens in the last 5 episodes.
