Regardless if she was in the right or not, nijisanji quite literally tanked their own credibility and case so hard that even if they're right about her there's nothing they can do anymore. If it comes out that Selen/Doki was indeed a menhera that suicide baited, it'll be when NijiEN's corpse is rotting away six feet underground and the general public has long since moved on.

TL;DR Riku should've hired a competent PR team instead of purchasing a yacht
