Okayu Rhythm Heaven

>Wii U
It’s a Wii game, but Okayu’s playing it on the Wii U. She hasn’t used it in forever, so it took her a surprising amount of time to get the right cords and everything. She also had to run to the store and get a prepaid Nintendo Points card because the Wii U shop doesn’t allow you to purchase them with credit cards anymore, and she needed to buy the game.

>Rhythm Heaven
Okayu hasn’t played this one before, but she remembers playing the GBA version a lot, though she accidentally says it was for GC at first. She’s admitted several times before that she has no sense of rhythm though, so she’s wondering how it’ll go. Seriously, even at recordings, she’s always self-conscious that she might be singing too fast or something.

>Little Bro Okayu
When the game asks who Okayu is, she picks little brother. She’s kind of always wanted to be a younger brother, preferably with an older sister. She puts on her little brother voice, asking her older brother/sister to buy her a new soccer ball with money from their part-time job.

>Wii Remotes
Okayu’s excited when she sees the game has 2-player mode. She actually bought 3 new controllers recently(she only had 1 before) just in case there’s a chance to play some multiplayer Wii U games in the future.

>Massage
Okayu’s shoulders feel stiff after the stream, and she asks the Onigiryaa for a massage. She actually has a massage chair for that, but she still wants somebody to use their hands. Actually, her shoulders have been stiff a lot lately due to needing to do a lot of work that requires her to sit at the PC.

>Placeholder Thumbnail
It’s really rare for Okayu to use one of those isn’t it? The decision of the game was kind of on the fly, and then Okayu had to run off to get the card for it, so she wasn’t able to make the thumbnail until right near the end. Normally she makes the thumbnail first. Speaking of which, Okayu’s decided tomorrow’s stream already.

>Next Series
Okayu’s going to start a Super Paper Mario playthrough tomorrow, though she’s not sure what time she’ll start yet. She’s played the N64, GC, and Switch ones already, so she wants to play the Wii one too. She actually wanted to play it for a while, but unlike the retro games she played on it, she needed a sensor bar to play SPM, and she couldn’t find it anywhere. Well she got a new one, and is ready to go now. She can’t wait to play.

>Home Gamer Cat
Does Okayu have any experience with arcade rhythm games? No, not really. She was always an at-home gamer. She really didn’t have any experiences of going to arcades, other than to take pictures at the purikura with her friends in high school.

>Announcement/Song
Okayu’s continuing her 3-song release schedule on the 30th with her second song. Last month she released a song, and announced the plan, but she’s got some type of big announcement along with this month’s release too. Look forward to it.

>Gratitude
Okayu’s happy to always see new people coming to love her, even though she’s perfectly happy with all the people who continue loving her, not to mention all her kind coworkers that she can have a blast playing games with. She’s really busy now, but the idea of being able to put a smile on the face of the people she loves makes her want to do the best that she can. She’s grateful to everybody that she can be in such a happy position.

>Sleep-Voice
Okayu’s not really sure how to give advice to a fan that wants to stay up during her streams despite getting sleepy. She doesn’t really like to force herself to do things when sleepy. There are times when she’ll stay up all night to get something done, but she doesn’t really have any control over it. What’s more, she’s noticed when playing games with people, the others always start to get sleepy in the latter half. It’s got to be because of this voice of hers. It makes her feel kind of lonely. Even though they were just laughing so hard a second ago, suddenly her friends want to hit the hay.

>Meal/End
A shuttle-cock from one of the game’s levels bounces off Okayu’s forehead and lands on the cell floor. This will be the meal for the day. Okayu’s playing Super Paper Mario tomorrow unless something comes up, so look forward to it!
