It's more complicated. The girl here is actually possessed by a devil who's trying to kill the MC, or specifically in this moment, trying to rip his dick and balls off. This is so she can bait the devil that's merged with the MC to emerge and fight her. While doing this, the devil possessing the girl caught flashbacks of the time the girl kissed the MC before later losing that memory. It then turned into this silent handjob sequence that felt a bit rapey because it closely parallels an earlier scene where the MC did outright gets molested by an older girl grabbing his dick in a movie theater.
I don't know what the author is even trying to say anymore. Part 2 is such a drawn out, boring, meandering fucking mess. Where is Power, where is Reze, when is literally anything interesting or hype going to happen again holy fucking shit Fujimoto you worthless fucking hack.
