Pretty much, ever since they booted Eich they've been in a downward spiral.
Literally the reason Firefox/Mozilla exists is because Google gives them half a billion a year to stay the default search engine in FF.
And the only reason Google does that is because the DOJ is already looking at them for anti-trust and the last thing they would want is to be left holding the bag as literally the only functioning browser on the internet.
The only thing Firefox has going for it is multi-account containers and peoples' disdain for Google
