almost all corpos can technically play Pokemon anytime they want if they like (this is why some ranculous girls still play Arceus sometimes, and Leos also played Emerald once). the limited time autism is actually limited to Hololive only because they get their permission through Niconico as a part of some special campaign to shill pokemon on that site (this is why Hololive does Pokemon tourneys at Niconico which usually happens at the end of their permission duration), while every other corpo get theirs directly from Nintendo.
