You can get some good results from it, but it is still a work in progress, hence "preview". It will eventually lead to a dedicated model and not just a LoRA, but this will take some weeks. Custom tagging is a laborious process.

You may want to put "cuts, scar, scar on face, facial mark" in the negatives. And play with emphasis of "stretchmarks".
