It's a matter of personal preference of course, but I don't like crying girls during BDSM sessions - to me it's obnoxious-sounding, and makes them look ugly and too pitiable at the same time. That's something I could have brought up earlier in the story as well, the temptation and resisting it. That a huge part of being a dom is showing restraint and doing what's best for oneself and one's partner is an important part of BDSM for me; with great power comes great responsibility. In this case keeping Ayame edged but unsatisfied is the most effective torture method, getting her to beg for sex is very humiliating (hence mutually enjoyable), and this way the sex to conclude the day will be the best it can be.
I'm biased because the torture and domination is at least as important as the sex to me, but I enjoy mastering your own desires as well as your partner in this way. And I hate misrepresentative stories where being a dom means that you can just do whatever you want without consequences (à la 50 Shades of Rape). That's not how BDSM works.
