I'm sorry you had to write all that you, since I think we've been talking past eachother now that I see it. Gomen.
What I thought you meant was a cell in the colab to be used during setup, with the whole point being to replace rsync with something that downloads slightly faster when booting up the colab for the day.
I'm not really looking to install a bunch of stuff (I know, big surprise giving my posts), but I appreciate that I now know how to do so if it becomes relevant one day. This goes in the "please help" screenshot folder.
