Are you a NEET? I used to feel this way when I was one. Then I started working some shitty jobs until I realized I wanted something better for myself and went back to school and now I feel a lot better because I feel like I'm at least working towards having a purpose. Also take care of yourself and your body more, it removes one more thing to worry about when you can look at yourself in the mirror and not hate yourself.
