All matches are BO1, no side decks.
Day 1: Group round robin, top 2 of group advances.
Day 2: Finals of 8+2 losers bracket.

Participants (Level | Improved structure deck, favorite deck if any)
All players are given a structure deck they customize with 15.5k gems+60UR+90SR, and they can optionally make 1 unrelated deck with the leftovers.
All players are given 2 urara, 3 roach, 2 called. (experienced gets a +1x pot of greed)
Experienced-level players gets to put 1 pot of greed into their non-favorite decks.
Favorite decks are optional, and constructed outside the 15k gems limitation, but can only be used once per tournament day.
