That's not how management works though, especially if they're being hired to do whatever it is I don't even know. If someone hires me to do something and even if I think they're a fucking moron and have no idea how it works in the bottom of the pole, I'm still gonna do it and not question management and if I didn't want to do it, that job wasn't for me then.
I agree that not interacting with the homos is the best thing for the girls but if they're supposed to work together and was explained prior to joining, I feel like its scummy to not do it when the other people in your team is putting in the effort.
I hate homos that I watn them to disband but I don't want inequality and unfairness between the group
