It's because she's mentally unstable from ADHD, did stupid shit behind the scenes, some NDA breaches publicly to boot and then realised corpo life wasn't for her because there's an actual obligation of responsibility to not just the company but to her fellow talents as well that she was no longer willing to fulfill.
