Let's pretend for a minute that Cover is a parent, Hololive is their child, and that Vshojo, Nijisanji EN, etc. are considered "the cool kids" on the play ground that Hololive wants to hang out with.

Cover is being a bitch of a mom and restricting Hololive's creative/collaborative abilities and making their talents feel more like characters rather than people. Hololive is forced to "play nice" 24/7 because of idolfaggotry. Nijisanji and Vshojo isn't. Therefore making collabs less likely in some circumstances. I actually fucking praise Ollie, Kiara, and Mori for attempting to break the chains holding them down and expand.
