Just look at NIJISANJI, it looked like they were going to enter a recovery year around November 2023 and instead in less than 3 months they accelerated into the ground because of 2-3 actors and then a whole necropolis of skeletons coming out in a conga line for everyone to see.
Kiara knows things end so she's already setting the stage for her exit in case she really feels like she should leave.

Nope, the MFMF divorce revelations would have hit her more or less at the same time as they happened and it likely would have resulted in people looking at Niji and Holo as radioactive work environments that push their top earners to suicide (because the Selen happening would have proceeded as Holo had no hand in it, but NIJI management did so dates would have been more or less the same)
