I went and checked only because (you) weren't sure yourself, and I thought you might want confirmation.
It was just taken from these threads.
It was compressed heavily, so there's a bunch of noise (which I filtered, wanted to see the most clear edges), but it's clearly just compression noise and filetype conversion noise, so the image is the same.
The most clear bit, is that your original image had a bit of 0 alpha under the spyxsniper, and the jpg on twitter had that bit as white, and the spyxsniper itself was in the exact same position.
