Don't take Kiara seriously, she said she was given her model as is but it doesn't add up. Huke who's done amazing character designs for Steins Gate, FGO and MGS is also supposedly entirely responsible for Kiara's design, that of a KFP manager, who is also a warrior with super sentai inspired sword and shield, that is also an idol with two hats. The girls have input in their initial models which is why Gura is a shark loli and Ina was designed by her favorite artist.
