Happy 1st Anniversary NASFAQ and /nasfaqg/! I am honestly surprised that we, or at least I, managed to stay alive for over a year. We had our share of ups and downs during that whole year even then, it was full of fun memories.
I didn't expect to get so many memories from a game like NASFAQ and from its community, especially more so from a thread inside /vt/.

I decided to pick the game up on a whim when a friend of mine introduced the game to me, it looked interesting. At first I was really just enjoying to see my numbers go up while clicking on buy and sell while waiting for adjustments. I decided to visit /vt/ and search the catalog after to see if there's a thread for this game and to my surprise, there is one! After I entered the thread, the rest is history.
I know for sure that I'm pulled in because of how fun the posts/reactions in the threads are, especially during adjustments when the buttons wont work, abusing the lag to buy or sell of the same coin, being proud that you got your purchase go through bragging it in the thread, melting down because of how fast the price is going up or down without being able to transaction a single coin, AND doing my /fit/ reps by participating on the /fit/ adjustment, he sucks at ritualposting though.
It doesn't even stop there, even during non-adjustment hours, we're always fooling around, editing and giving images for the next OP, waiting for honk to post something, honkposting, interacting with each other without telling anyone who we are but instead attaching our oshi's image to our posts to give hint of who we are or who is our oshi, RIBBONS DICKPOSTING, Mikobro taking up 80% of the thread's posts, deciphering what the fuck is that one noisy Towaposter, now Tampa, is talking about till he explained it to us, Konnui and his alt, participating in the weekly aggie, being really happy with new updates, reacting to those updates, deleteaccount API,giving great reactions to almost anything and hoping that the used to be unknown rushiaposter picks up our posts to be put in the compilation, and a LOT LOT more things we used to do. There truly were never a dull moment back then, even during the times we used to be armchair-devs giving more ideas to the game, time looping, even the times we just argue about everything, throwing fighting words at each other, blaming the aggie and m0gu and his bunch of merry faggots for literally almost everything, and being mad at each other are all still fun memories for me that I wont forget. My only regrets from those times are the fun ideas that went to the void and I didn't participate enough to be someone the thread will remember or simply I don't have presence in here, I tend to always mind the things I write, not telling who I am on my posts or not attaching my oshi's image on my posts and to not go overboard because of social anxiety issues, though, I'm happy that I got to contribute some posts or ritualposts that the thread picked up, some even on the /nasfaqg/ divegrass team.

I really am grateful for honk, devchamas, everyone, I wanted to write names here, but it'll make it really long and I don't want to accidentally miss a name making them sad, and truly always enjoy everyone's presence. I even thought of everyone here as my friends even if it is one-sided and even using all of your presence to cheer me up when I'm down or simply go here to see what is everyone upto now, I came to not mind not being included in those activities because just seeing what everyone is doing and that they're doing fine is enough. But everything must come to an end. I've been meaning to quit for a while now because of mixture of different matters, though if I will drop some of my reasons, it's because of how boring the game became to me now, I'm not blaming honk for anything, this is most likely just the usual thing of becoming bored with a game because of playing it for a long time, and that the threads' quality have been deteriorating for a long while now. I was just unable to quit because of everyone here, but I think it's truly the time to quit. I'm quitting ahead because I don't want my image of everyone to get worse. I want to keep my image of everyone as is, and I think staying more will make it change.
Sorry for ruining this supposed to be happy event with this depressing post.

Truly thank you everyone! Thank you for the memories I'll hold dear, thank you for the conversations, thank you for everything! Till we meet again! Thought I'll say who I am, especially after saying my regret? Too bad! I wanted to write so much, much more, but I might burst up crying if write more so I will stop with this.
