From what I could find after researching her l2d parents' prices, she basically spent around 2k and she has really good rigging with pretty good art too. Maybe the anon who first posted her here knows better than me in case this isn't accurate, but that's what I could find myself
The thing is, her artist and rigger doesn't seem to be particularly known. As said here >>27748088, famous artists will be more expensive because they're... popular and thus have bigger demand. I don't think you should drop that much money for a first model though unless you're somehow already a popular streamer

there are plenty of good artist and riggers out there who are far, far cheaper because they don't have the fame and clout that people like 2win do. I've lost count of how many 2 view indies I've seen with extremely good rigs done by completely unknown artists. though I guess going for those can also backfire, as seen in cases such as Nemu's

even smaller indie chuubas can get good rigging with a fuckton of movement range
I have no idea how holo manages to get the worst riggers possible and then even give them shitty deadlines
