The fact that they are deleting the GURRAT means it is most likely, true, not 100% but it's clear there's some damning truth in one or several of the lines. Some of the stuff is real, but every single line is already damning, if any of the Selen bits and EN clique are true then that's enough to can EN. If any of the other parts that involve talent (mis)management are true, those are getting forced to graduate or terminated.

After the wave of graduations and terminations, they realized that they can't throw under the bus every single member of EN at the same time.
If they do, the stock plummets harder and they might actually be at risk.

Graduate them later on, not now, but right now everyone important is under a tight leash or practically stealth graduated already, you will know if said members don't stream anymore or barely do stuff until the eventual graduation announcement they know it's coming.
There's a more extreme possibility, that right now they are scrubbing alongside legal (JP and EN lawyers, albeit cheap) every single bit and piece of info on Discord and everything else they have access to, if they find stuff, then they terminate the respective talents and slam them with legal action, the first part of said move has already started since several NIJI EN members are not streaming while being in "working hours", this gives Anycolor the chance to apply the good old lawsuit because they are not working, but that's because the talents don't have access right now to their accounts or have limited access. They have done that one before.
Regardless of what is true or not, I'm 100% Elira is not saving her ass. Even if she's 100% innocent by a miracle of destiny and was used as a meat shield, her image has been perma tarnished as everything that is wrong with NijiEN and the one that led it happened or even ordered it. It's too much of a risk and they are not COVER corp. They are going to graduate or terminate her WAY later if not VERY soon, no medium set time because anything slightly after the storm passes will hit harder as it would look like things going well is a facade and nothing has changed, cue in stock tanking again and perhaps harder because Elira is THE FACE of NijiEN still.
They have to wait until people calm TF down and the stock slightly recovers before they can defenestrate Elira.
Something important, that Elira is out doesn't mean she could be working at Anycolor still, remember Noor?, back to topic, her NIJI VTuber (and perhaps indie career) is super done, no one is sure if they can believe her and no one wants to Collab with ex-Niji members out of fear that they would be getting involved with The Big Bully™ of Doki (if not bullies), unless she has some hardcore board flipping counter evidence, her image is done, super done...

But she's got a good skill set for TL work and other management stuff, just don't let her have control over anyone or anything.
They might shelve her into the department with the other Niji low wage salary men (most likely remote work) running errands for the talents (she's in Japan RN), and would be working on projects without having any say on the matter about them or else she gets the boot, like Noor did.
Also, if way later it is known that she was the reason Anycolor took a hit, no other respectable Corpo but Anycolor will be giving her job opportunities in Japan because of the risk of getting involved with Elira, I know Rushia is definitely more menhera but they let her slide because she still gets the job done and doesn't complain, but fucking over your company in JP business culture is practically an unforgivable deadly sin, and her image as an indie in the west would be irreparable if that happens because it would confirm she IS THE PROBLEM so bye bye to that idea I guess.
