I don't want to come off as sound like I think that's the only way, but a lot of people seem to be using their personal sense of boundaries as some kind of objective one in this thread nowadays. It makes sense when people who push past what you're used to don't really talk about it, so it begins to feel like your line is the line, but that makes me sad that we'd have people coming in feeling like that. People shouldn't enter Hololive with this bizarre culture war-esque sense of distance and it was the sense of intimacy with the idols that made Hololive what it is in my opinion. I just wanted to remind some people that they don't have to be scared of pushing further if their oshi has welcomed it and they feel a want to. And only the people who hate Hololive being what it is want people to think there's some rigid boundary for emotional distance.
