They didn't give time for the sub cull to kick in.
Meanwhile, DEV_IS was introduced in the Holo swimsuit concert, had a 7 day countdown for some reason, and then we're waiting for 5 whole days from their announcement to debut.
Also, for advent, the subs were proportional to the views on their PV video (because their PVs were actually animated and quite fun as well).
Meanwhile, ReGloss has some dogshit PV that most of the people that subbed didn't even watch <-- I assume this is why the big cull kicked in.

They initially planned to debut this group as "not Hololive, not JP gen 7, but still within Holopro" in order to grab a "new audience".

They saw the lukewarm response, and shoved them under Hololive last minute and asked A-chan to broadcast it in the hopes that people will think this is "Hololive" and save their grim as fuck numbers.

Their debut "teasers" don't even have half the number of subs for example, meaning some people just subbed out of habit but didn't even bother watching their trailer.
THAT's how little the audience cares for this group right now.
