Alright let's look into this way too fucking deeply. IMO, from weakest to strongest
Nazuna - The weird cartoon seal thing: Tiny, fluffy, has no limbs, no musculature to speak of, would serve better as a pillow than a combatant.
Nazuna alt - A lollipop with arms: Has arms, but they're stick thin, and still has no legs. Arguably weaker because it's probably edible.
Froot - Terry: Implied to have some manner of powers, but they're likely all suppressed and he's unable to make use of them. Can fly and look intimidating, and not much more.
Silver - Petal Pal: Tiny. Weak. Plantlike. They can possibly swarm if nothing else, but 1 on 1 would be decimated.
Vei - Tenki: He's just a little guy. You wouldn't hurt a little guy would you? Has a mean face, but he's too cute to intimidate with it. Horns might be able to jab though.
Mouse - Bubi: In his true form he would win any of these fights easy, but as an imp he's basically helpless. He's got all four limbs though and retains his intelligence but is so weak he can't even escape a hug from Mouse so it won't help much.
Haruka - The tiny baby deer thing: Just looks like a regular deer. Probably technically has some healing abilities of some kind, but they wouldn't really be helpful in a fight. But can probably trot around and kick stuff.
Silver alt - Daiya: A wolf puppy. Would probably rip Bubi to shreds just trying to play with him and could probably hurt the deer.
Nyan - Goro: Can float, can shapeshift, is intelligent, and has shown no abilities other than those but it's probably enough to beat a very small animal in a fight which is the level of strength we're at so far.
Mel - T1M: Would probably be a threat to an actual human. Can fly, is shown to stick a fork into a wall to get high, can create hard light projections of itself that can interact with other things. Would easily defeat all the others except
Zen - Geckos: Basically operate on cartoon logic. Regularly tanks gunshots, getting thrown out of planes, or launched into space. Can operate weaponry, regularly threatens chat with firearms, and can breathe fire. The gecko's only weakness is ambition that far exceeds its ability so all of its efforts to cause trouble are regularly thwarted.
