According to the official website, this song collab is the third of four "special" events for the EN branch 3rd anniversary "celebration".

So, to recap - the anniversary celebration, which totally wasn't hastily cobbled together at the last minute in response to the disastrous Q3 earnings report in a desperate attempt to stop the revenue hemorrhaging, consists of the following four events:

>A Mario Kart tournament, which had originally been scheduled to happen in February, but was postponed because of EN management's catastrophic handling of Selen's termination and corporate's decision to publicly declare that the damage caused by her termination was negligible
>The AR Live show, which had originally been filmed and produced winter 2023 for release in April 2023, only to be postponed due to "covid" and mothballed; with the footage pulled out of the vault a few weeks ago so they could cut out the parts featuring Selen, and remove the 3D models (but not the voices) of Nina, Mysta, and Pomu. The postponement happened while Zaion was still technically employed by Niji, and the cuts done to unperson Selen resulted in Rosemi's entire presence in the show being reduced to one song
>One original song by Shu and Sonny, collabing with a couple of Kpop music guys (who, to be fair, have made some seriously goddamn impressive music)
>a fourth event, to be announced later

The two events which have already happened have been clowned upon by the entire internet, respectively due to "Conglatulations" and PS3-quality graphics.
The two events which are yet to happen are currently scheduled to happen after the end of Q4; the first of those two will happen before the Q4 earnings report will be published, unless the main branch formally dissolves the EN branch before then which in turn will NOT happen if the fourth event is itself the dissolution of the branch

tldr the "celebration" is this past winter's LAN party, last year's pre-recorded concert video, a Kpop song, and a fourth thing TBA.
