It's going to take a lot to turn things around. Sure, I'm glad she finally got her 3d, but that should've been done ages ago. Reminder that this company's working conditions made her coworker attempt suicide twice. That kind of damage is not something that can be undone with a couple of 3d streams. Call me when we have an actual COMMITMENT, (I.E an established history) of actively undoing the numerous damaging actions that have lead to this point. Riku's apology video correcting their negligible impact document did good, working on 3ds finally is doing good, but there's still a long road to fix the damage. There's still a highly toxic working environment surrounding the livers that gives them almost no rights whatsoever. There's still a substantial lack of transparency from the company on what issues are going on, which allows them to avoid accountability and let the issues compound until they break out like they did with Selen's termination. There's still the usage of stealth suspensions. There is still insufficient management that allows livers to pursue large creative activities that would benefit the company's public image such as charities, music videos, tournaments, etc. There is a lot of complicated, and unnecessary bureaucratic red tape involved in every day actions that a company like nijisanji would dramatically benefit from simplifying. There are many rules that are modified on a whim and retroactively applied to livers multiple times during the same project which often leads to it never being fulfilled. There is little to no support from the company on many aspects of the livers' every day workings that would mutually benefit them. There is no management from the company for liver on liver bullying, which again allows it to spiral out of control. There is an established selective enforcement of punishments with no transparency on why this is allowed. They don't let the livers get their damn playbuttons even though it wouldn't even account to a rounding error on the company's budget. There is just an absolute clusterfuck of issues going on behind the scenes that needs to be solved first.
