It's just a discord used to facilitate collabs, such as the collab with Kiki, Lumi and Pippa, from what Sei explained to me though he said Kiki tried to get some casual chat going.

Nothing big either just tech and collab stuff, the kiki part was an exception so vtubers don't get themselves involved with something so radioactive. Only vtubers and some moderators.
